It is the policy of Independent Industrial Supply and Northern Metalic Sales locations to provide our valued customers with the highest standard of service, in meeting all of their expectations, by supplying quality products at competitive pricing from an energetic and knowledgeable staff.

Our group of stores are known as the “stores with the stock” and we take pride in the fact that we have large local inventories in all of our locations.
In addition to sales and service of quality industrial supplies, many of our locations provide extra services to further support our customers’ needs.

Some of these services include:
• Small engine repair
• Wire rope shop (pressing and building slings & chokers)
• Fire extinguishers refills, sales and service
• Tire chain repairs and manufacturing
• Bulk oil deliveries
• Recycling of oil saturated rags and sorbents
• Hydraulic hose repairs

Our branches in Prince George and Quesnel have implemented a “Quality Assurance” program which is certified to ISO 9001 standards.

• EDI (invoices or Pos)
• EFT (electronic funds transfer)
• Tally billing (summary billing)
• Level 3 procurement and software (inhouse)
• Bar coding (we can produce bar coded packing slips)
